What to Expect

  • 1. Schedule a meeting

    Fill out the questionnaire in the contact form so we can learn more about your business and financial needs.

  • 2. Consultation Call

    In our Consultation Call you will have a chance to share any pain points about your business. This meeting will be 20 minutes or less and give us an idea of how you want to improve your business finances.

  • 3. Diagnostic Review

    Based on our conversation, we will perform a diagnostic review of your books and/or status of your business finances and provide feedback on the best strategy to proceed.

  • 4. Proposal & Engagement Letter

    From the information gathered, we will develop a custom proposal that states the services to be provided, fees, and billing arrangements.

  • 5. Onboarding Begins

    We will send you a list of items needed so that we can begin!

What is it like to work with us?

Here are the answers to common questions on what it is like to work with me and my team on your business finances.

  • You don’t need to have it already. If you don’t, no worries! We will guide you as to the best fit for your needs and help you get set up.

    Our preferred software is Quickbooks Online. You can choose to either pay for the software directly, or we will add it to our monthly fee as reimbursement.

  • No problem at all! We understand this is not your forte, and we will gladly take it off your hands.

    We will review your books before you sign on as a monthly client to determine how much work is needed to get your books current.

    If there is work from prior months that needs to be completed we will assess an onboarding fee.

    We understand this is part of the process and are here to help!

  • We request online access to banks, credit cards, Paypal, and/or any payment processing services (like Stripe, Square or Paypal), and your invoicing system (if separate).

    Almost all of these allow read-only accountant log in and we will help you figure out how to set one up so your data is secure.

    This allow us to work efficiently and avoid bothering you for data requests or more information that can be found within these banks/platforms.

    One of our core values is integrity and we take our security and your confidential trust in us serious.

  • During our initial discovery call, we will ask you for additional information about your business so that we can quote you accurately.

    A quick review of your QuickBooks account or 3 months worth of bank statements if you don't have an accounting system setup yet will help to provide you with the most accurate quote.

    If there is cleanup/catchup needed before proceeding with monthly services there will be a one time onboarding fee.

  • We do not provide income tax services, but we are connected with several fantastic tax professionals that we can refer you to.

  • No way! If you are serious about your business, you will take the numbers seriously.

    Tracking your sales, costs, and profits is how you make smart business decisions and reach your goals.

    You may be small today, but with our insight and your ability to focus clearly on the growth of your business, you will grow.

  • Once your books have been set up and caught up, we maintain them monthly.

    At the end of each month, we pull your reports and categorize your transactions.

    You will receive one email of questions and/or clarifications where needed, and once those questions have been answered, you will receive your report with highlights of what the numbers are telling you.

    You will have your monthly reports by the 15th of the month, if not sooner.

  • Our base monthly packages start at $300 a month and vary on your business complexities and needs.

    We will assess your bookkeeping needs from the beginning so that we can deliver high quality, accurate data, and most of our clients fall into this minimum.

    If you need your books caught up, there will be a one-time set up fee.

    You are billed on a monthly auto-pay subscription and we accept ACH transfer or credit cards.
